I feel this is too strong in comparison to a rogue. One thing out of many that could probably help make this more balanced is to reduce the hit die to a d6 (like a rogue) as it should be lesser than the Battle Shinigami. Also flash step should start out as at least a move action; starting out as a swift action is just too much; this also contradicts the "Swift" spiritual ability which taken twice would allow flash steps to be a swift action; which really would be a better fix. If the whole whole flash step as a swift action was made with the thinking "hey if i make it a swift action I can do it and make a full attack" well that's an even more unbalanced way of thinking even though that's not how it would work as you CANNOT attack after suing dimension door (which flash step imitates). Any way i believe the class has hopes but is currently unbalanced.
