Alternate Form and Shapechanger Subtype[edit]

Is this NPC a werebear? If not, where did he acquire alternate form? —Sledged 10:54, 5 December 2006 (MST)

Alternate Form is a villainous ability, given by the Villainous Fighter (3.5e NPC Class). It's a system that I am developing.--Dmilewski 17:59, 5 December 2006 (MST)
I thought that might be the case, but I didn't see it mentioned anywhere in the list of villainous abilities. What kind(s) of bear is the alternate form? —Sledged 10:09, 6 December 2006 (MST)
Brown. Added that to the entry. Thanks. --Dmilewski 12:46, 6 December 2006 (MST)

Rusty’s Brown Bear Form[edit]

Rusty’s Brown Bear Form should be made into another NPC with a seperate page and linked to this page with {{:ARTICLE NAME}}. --Green Dragon 00:52, 23 December 2006 (MST)

Is there a logic to this? I see having minions and followers on separate pages, but alternate forms strike me as integral to the main entry. Otherwise, we start getting multiple entries for every NPC that has an alternate form. --Dmilewski 08:24, 23 December 2006 (MST)
I was wrong about this going on a separate page... I was thinking about 3.5e Creatures at the time, and how I want to somehow make it so when their are two monsters in a table one can be on a separate page... Then I saw this. So, NPCs should not have separate pages unless they are separate NPCs. Monsters, however, should all be on separate pages, even if they are the same monster just different levels. Sorry for the confusion, sorry. --Green Dragon 17:49, 23 December 2006 (MST)
Great. Good to hear the policy clarified. I've been wading through the SRD creatures shoving critters onto seperate pages.--Dmilewski 19:06, 23 December 2006 (MST)
