A rare item whose effect is only curable by a wish spell has no precedent in any curse. In addition, i think this merits the adult theme template, since the "change sex" spell has the adult theme and especially since this is forced upon a player.

i propose removing the so called "auto-attunes", led the effect only trigger if attuning to the item, as per equipment creation guidelines, and be cured by a remove curse spell, since the only magic item whose effects can only be cured by a wish spells is the deck of many things.--Doctor Dee (talk) 15:59, 18 February 2019 (MST)
