Experiment 3 of 3[edit]
This is part of a series of experimental race builds. This one tests making a LA 0 race with racial growth as they level (there is precedence for this, the Raptorians gain flight eventually I believe). The class powers have a very "I'm a familiar" feel, purposefully, I wonder what you think of it? I worry this may be too strong, maybe. Commentary welcome.
