What is this spell's purpose?[edit]
At its base level, it can be used in roleplaying as a utility spell. In combat, it can be used to make opponents fumble weapons, or readied as a reaction to redirect projectiles.
As the level of the spell slot consumed increases, its use cases improve significantly. At 2nd level and beyond it can be used to rotate most creatures, dropping them on their heads to attempt to make them prone, rotating them as a reaction to interrupt their movement, or redirecting a dangerous fall into a large leap to safety. By 8th and 9th level it can have very strong impacts on the environment, destroying structures, triggering landslides, or dropping huge chunks of terrain on enemy's heads.
