Good Lord, Chief, That's a Lot of Power![edit]

This spell seems too powerful for a 1st level spell. It allows the caster to add their spellcasting modifier to any four ability, attack, or damage rolls within an hour. This could be easily abused by a caster with a high modifier, especially for damage rolls.

For example, a hexblade warlock with a +5 charisma modifier could use this spell to double their modifier damage for two attacks, since they already use their charisma modifier for their pact weapon. That would be 20 guaranteed damage if they hit both times.

I suggest making this spell require concentration and last only 1 minute. Alternatively, limit it to one use and let the caster choose when to use it within the hour. This would make it more a lot balanced.

Another option is to make this spell a 3rd or 4th level spell, so that it becomes available later in the game when there are other ways of dealing similar or higher damage. This would also make it more costly for half and third casters like paladins, who have fewer mid-level spell slots. Casters with strong melee options, such as paladins, would benefit the most from this spell, as they could boost their already high damage output.
