Bonus Level[edit]
Honestly, this feat isn't strong enough to be worthy of being stuck in Epic. You could collapse the entire feat line into a scaling feat, or make it so that the whole feat line's bonus becomes available at around level 10 and you'd be golden. But level 22 for the whole reason to even bother taking any of these feats? And three feats just for that bonus? That's insane.
