Balance Suggestion[edit]
First off, I love this class, it develops a leader-like warrior who is well disciplined and trained. Now I don't know about this Orion Campaign Setting, but assuming your trying to line this up with the core classes, it is a bit over-powered.
The first thing I would suggest is making the first bonus feat gained at 2nd level, right now it is simply a better idea to a single knight level than a single fighter level.
The inspire courage ability starts at a good level, but it grows too fast, reduce the progression to once ever six levels past 3rd, this way the knight will not have superior inspire courage to a bard.
Also I would move supreme cleave back 1 level (nothing big, but that is a really powerful class feature).
