If this is intended as a epic boon, you should create it as such, not as a feat. There's no problem in a "high level" homebrew, but there are game mechanics specifically created for more powerful stuff, like boons and magic items. This power is not fitting for a feat. Even without an increase to Constitution, this feat is as strong as the rogue's/monk's Evasion feature. The two parts do not need to be combined into one. IntellectMaster (talk) 02:25, 21 March 2021 (MDT)
