I'm not sure 'every attack also deals ongoing fire 5 until end of encounter' is balanced for an encounter power. Maybe acceptable as a daily with sustain minor.
- I agree the power needs the Sustain Minor, but as it costs both a Feat and a Utility power to gain I will leave it as an Encounter power. Thanks for the input. -- Sepsis 20:49, 10 September 2009 (MDT)
