Golems as a race is an interesting proposition but there are a few hang ups with how it is right now. First the ECL is too low for what you have (+10 stats -6 stats = +4 which is a 2 ECL by itself in regular 3.5, other abilities make it higher). second I would make a magical advanced repair spell that brings the golem back instead of a repair skill. Raise dead and other spells are horrifically expensive which is why it is a sticking point for character groups, so something along the lines of those spells should be available for bringing a golem back to life. Third golems benefit from mage repair spells so pairing a mage with this provides healing. I would instead for regeneration suggestion that the golem heals 1 hit point per hit hour every 24 hours.
