Spells on this wiki follow a standardized format.

When he put the notice up, SirSprinkles provided a link to the 5e Spells page. If you click that link, you'll see that "Create new spell" button. The intended way to submit a homebrew on this wiki is to type "Emit Spores (5e Spell)" in that text box, then click the button. That process takes you to a "preload" that includes most of the information for that standardized format I mentioned a moment ago. It seems like you probably followed that process, but deleted the template brackets "{{" or otherwise broke the template a bit.
