Unbalanced Template?[edit]

Regarding Green Dragon's edit on August 10th, 2014 and my having rolled the edit back, I'd just like to go on record to state that the following reason, as it was posted:

This page is of questionable balance. Reason: Why is this not made for 4e? It seems that the class features could become powers by level without a problem, and function better as them too.

Does not appear to be sufficient for branding an entire class with an Unbalanced Template. Regardless of whether a user thinks a class would perform better or be better realized in another game system (whether that be 4E, 5E, or outside of D20 altogether), that opinion is not an indication of objective lack of balance in the system for which it was initially made. Furthermore, I believe that the Unbalanced Template is to be used as a means to highlight balance concerns so that the other might correct them or otherwise balance the class for the system in which it is in; In that vein, the above reason for the Unbalanced Template is not sufficient, as it lists no actual balance concerns with the class, explicitly, as it currently is.
