I am here to propose to you my version, it's based off Owl's Insight in the Spell Compendium.

This spell functions like bear's endurance, except that it grants the subject a +1 enhancement bonus to Constitution per two caster levels.

If intended to be a copy of Owl's Insight, should be Druid 5, not Sorc/Wiz 5...
I wish Owl's Insight were Sorc/Wiz 5.....
