Level Adjustment Considerations[edit]
What Level Adjustment are you shooting for here? It looks to be about LA+1 (probably on the high side of that though). Also, removing aging penalties while keeping aging bonuses is broken, since a player can simply make a venerable character with no penalties and +6 to all his mental scores.
