You unravel the truename of your foe, lowering its defenses.
At-Will Star.gif Primal, Implement
Standard Action Ranged 20
Target: One creature
Attack: Intelligence Vs. Will
Hit: 1d6 + Intelligence modifier damage, and one ally you can see gains a power bonus to its next damage roll equal to your charisma modifier.

Reverse Benefit: Hit: 1d6 + Intelligence modifier damage, and the target takes a penalty to its next damage roll equal to your charisma modifier.

Special: You can use this power as a ranged basic attack.
