Spell Parry [General, Fighter]

You use your weapon to nullify an incoming spell.
Benefit: If you are the target of a spell or spell-like ability that require a ranged touch attack roll, you may make a Spell Parry attempt. When you do so, make an attack roll If the attack roll is greater than or equal to the ranged touch attack roll then the spell is nullified. If the parry attempt fails, you still must makes a successful save DC.
Normal: You are unable to make a Spell Parry attempt.
Special: A fighter may select Spell Parry as one of his fighter bonus feats.
