Sevvack was once an elvish sorceror who, through pursuit of godhood, became a demon, a spellscale, died, and eventually achieved divinity. To achieve his divinity he used ancient magical technology and struck a deal with his cosmoses overgod. Part of the deal required him to save the Plane of Dreams and so he made his home there when his divinity had been secured.
Sevvack encourages his followers to seek out and experience new things, regardless of the social or moral consequences of their actions. He favors the mad or the insane as for a time in his life he experiamented with being insane. Sevvack also urges his followers to seek out any and all knowledge, simply for its own sake, what they choose to do with what they find is their decision.
Clergy and Temples
Sevvack only accepts the insane as priests and as such his temples are often noisy, chaotic places. At the center of every temple there is a fountain with numerous bottles floating around in its waters. Each bottle contains a statement, message, question, phrase or any such thing, when one wishes Sevvacks advice they take one of the bottles at random, open it, and act on whatever it said, regardless of how pertinant the message was to their specific situation.
