Human Variant[edit]

At some point, humans have experienced a near death experience in nautical waters. For some, this event led to their bodies being changed. While they remained largely human, they can never get away from association with the sea. Seaweed and sea scum grow constantly in their hair, and their pallor remains like that of a drowned man. The odor of the sea follows them like a constant cologne, and their body temperature is clammy and cold. They also developed the strange ability to breathe underwater. What happened to them is unclear, but they have become sort of like triton.
