HD Abuse[edit]
This spell's ability is based one hit die, not CR. This means that you could apply an abusive number of templates on your desired ally.
As a DM trying to figure out which ally I should allow, I find hit dice a poor measure of power. A 6d12 celestial dragon is not comparable to a 6d8 animal.--Dmilewski 10:35, 18 May 2007 (MDT)
