Recitation of the Meditative State[edit]

- Range Touch
- Duration Instantaneous
- When Spoken Normally
- Grant the target immunity to fear and controlling effects. If they stray further than 10 feet from you, the effects of this recitation are broken.
- When Spoken In Reverse
- Target becomes frightened and is vulnerable to psychic damage. When you speak, they retreat from your voice by 5 feet, if possible. If they encounter a precipice, they roll 1d20. If they roll a natural one, they fall over the edge of the precipice. If they stray further than 30 feet from you, the effects of this recitation are broken.
