This spell was created to aid creatures who spends time in alternate forms, whether because its true appearance would be unacceptable or because its top big to maneuver around in. Spells like polymorph and abilities like shapechanging require a creature to give up characteristics of its base form. While this spell is active, a creature who has willing assumed a form other than its base form can tap into the physical characteristics of their base form.

The spell restores the base form's Strength and Constitution, along with any modifiers. The spell restores half their natural armor bonus, rounded down. They can use Darkvision or Low-Light Vision if their natural forms had this ability. (This benefit does not return special qualities such as scent, blindsight, blindsense, keen senses, etc.) This spell does not return any natural weapons or spell-like, supernatural or extraordinary abilities other than the ones cited above.

The individual still looks like a member of the race he or she is currently disguised as with only one difference, their irises glow white.

The spell lasts for 1 round a level to a maximum of 10 rounds at 10th level. This spell does not help those who are in a incorporeal, ethereal, or gaseous form.

Verbal Component: The verbal component is usually something like a scream or shout similar to the one they would make in their natural form.
