More information...

You walk quietly down the road in town, when suddenly a giant hand grabs you and picks you up. It lifts you off the ground, and you face it. You see a humanoid creature, measuring around 45ft tall. It has no head, except for a mouth across it's large collar bone and two small eyes. It opens it's huge mouth and you hear it speak, "Hunger. Feed.". As you plummet down it's throat you fall into empty space. You begin to be beaten by invisible forces until you inevitably meet your demise, all the while thinking, "How could this have gotten me in the middle of the city?".

A Reality Giant is a gargantuan being that feeds on lesser beings. It is unintelligent, but it is fully aware of it's Reality Blend ability and it's pro's and con's. Reality Giants enter small villages and cities to eat low level people, usually farmers. They love to eat humans, elves, etc. Reality Giants stay away from metropolis'. Mainly because higher level creatures can spot them in public. They take full advantage of their Reality Blend ability to swallow whole creatures. Reality Giants will either target small caravans or travelers. If they're hungry they will go after an entire village, trying to devour everyone inside as quickly as possible to avoid detection. A Reality Giants body is white, and incredibly light.

Combat[edit]

Reality Giant's target small camps, and creatures they believe to be of low level. They stay away from metropolis's.

Blend reality: (Su) The Reality Giant's key ability, which allows it to move around freely. A Reality Giant blends the reality around it to protect itself, making it undetectable. If a creature is over 100ft away from the giant, it gets a Spot check and a Listen check (both DC 35) to detect the giant every minute to detect the giant. Within 100ft every creature gets a Spot and Listen check every round with the same DC. Creatures only get a Spot check if they have a line of sight on the giant, and they on get a Listen check if the Giant is moving. Creatures attacked by the Giant know they were attacked and from what direction, but they see nothing. Creatures grappled by the Giant become undetectable the same way the Giant does to creatures that do not make a Spot or Listen check against the Giant, the creature grappled does see the Giant however. Creatures that succeed on the Spot check can see the Giant for as long as they have a line of sight against it. Once the creature looses it's line of sight on the Giant they must succeed a new Spot check. The Listen check is rolled first. Any creature that succeeds it's Listen check, or is warned by a creature that has succeeded it's Spot check, gains a +4 on it's next Spot check against the Giant.

Immunities: Reality Giant's have many immunities. They are completely immune to Divination spells and other abilities that detect the presence of creatures. Reality Giants have damage reduction 10/weapons. This damage reduction applies to magic. They also have immunity to Electricity and Acid, and are immune to any spell that would transport the giant to a different location.

Improved Grab: If a Reality Giant hits with it's slam attack, it can attempt a grapple check against the target as a free action. If the Reality Giant has a creature grappled on it's turn, it can attempt another grapple check to swallow the creature whole (See below).

Swallow Whole: A Reality Giant can swallow any Large or smaller creature. The insides of a Reality Giant are bigger then they appear. Once swallowed, the creature is hit by the Reality Giant's Slam attack each round, as the giant's body slowly absorbs the creatures future. If the swallowed creature has a +3 weapon, they can attempt to break out of the Reality Giant's stomach. The Reality Giant's "stomach" has 120 hit points, and an Ac of 5. It also has Regeneration 5, and can only be damaged by +3 weapons. Magic cannot be cast inside the giant's "stomach".
