i want to say to help make fair stats for this class i used legend of 5 rings magic of rokugan table 2-1 and as such i give them full creadit for the stats how ever i made the ablitys for this class becuse i realy like healing and i wanted to make a nurse character i read the battle nurse but the whole set up confused me and so i made my own useing the Jade Magistrate for a base and tweeked evrything but a few requirements to make it my own and i hope others can feed back me on how i did im thinking of adding lay on hands and the feat for free to add healing score into it



Becoming a Nurse Of The Realm

this character class  is for those who want a all out healer 

clairics shujenjas druids mystics will excell in these areas and if you use spells known systems the healing spells are free with out useing spell slots nurses of the realm offten travel in groups of 2 one is always titled Docter to symbolize they are incharge when it comes life death medical situations the one titled nurse is to help the docter any way they can and take the docters evry order unless she deams it evil or incomptentwich case shes free to do what she feels is best

Alignment: Lawful Good, Nuetral Good
Skills: Healing 6 Ranks, Alchemy 6 Ranks,
Spellcasting: 3rd level divine Casting
Special: Must Obtain Nurse’s Uniform, Must Be Female (Rarely will men be allowed to take sacred training the head nurse sees men as incomptemt or uncareing or perverted but there are exceptions to every rule )

Class Features[edit]

Nurses of the realm are Proficiency in Slim knives called scalpels nurses often carry a strange glove like item used when touching patients she is trying to help because her rubber gloves came from the future she must cast Prestidigitation on her and her tools before and after use. She learns Prestidigitation and mending at 1st level as lv0 bonus spells healing is also a domain now and all healing spells are now known with out counting as “spells known”.

The nurse of the realm gains singing preform to help children who are scared for x reason or lull them in to a sleep to give them something else to focus on its efective in real life why not dungens and dragons?

Use posion is required feat so the nurse dosent acdently harm her self hen makeing or useing natral poisons to help others or do a merecy kill to put them out of suffering


Divine Classes such as Shujenja where one domain has healing such as water with the healing domain in effect it allows the healing spells to be learned regardless.

Nurse of the realm is Proficiency with scalpels syringes blow guns


Healing spells are of course hp but also sleep, paralyze remove fear, cure disease, cure poison,

At 3rd Level Nurse Of The Realm can brew poitions of any level as long as they or a team mate can cast it

At 4th level a nurse can create pills instead of potions for easier packing on the road as the sick and hurt never stop coming

At 5th Level a nurse can learn the natural herbs to make natural medicine and poison if the poison’s intention is for more then to put some to sleep or mercy kill for a termly wounded or ill person or other rare case the nurse is branded evil and may no longer level up as nurse and loses all abilities except skill focus feats

At 6th Level the nurse can make injections to people who are unsafe to swallow pills or as they are uncontous at the currant time or to threaten children who are misbehaving

At 7th Level a nurse may use her nurse level into Healing or Alchemy to boast her skills beyond normal limits this includes divine spell casting classes such as cleric ,paladin, shugenja, mystic, druid

At 8th Level a nurse may use her nurse and divine levels such as beyond normal limits this includes divine spell casting classes such as cleric ,paladin, shugenja, mystic to boast her diplomacy even farther

At 9th Level a nurse may make her spells into a gas to put some one to sleep or heal a group or more combinations may not be used with offensive spells how ever

At 10th Level a nurse can perform CPR mouth to mouth to bring back a person who has died within 10 minutes with a dc of 25 +charter level using the heal modifier on success the charter resurrected loses 4 con points this is not a spell and may be attempted once per person and if it fails the person is dead.

Nurses use a special light armor consiting of a

Hat (ac 1) Surgical Mask (ac 0) Nurse Dress or Nurse Garb (ac 1) Rubber Gloves (ac 0)

The weapons a nurse is Proficiency with is

Scalpel (1d4 19-20x2) Syringe (1D1 19-20x2) Blow gun (1d3 20x3)

Nurses are given medical kits of master work quality and the color of outfit reflects the nurses order are all made of cotton and are counted as Clothing but have light Ac bonus the mask if enchanted counts as a amulet nurses of the realm take deep pride in what they do and wear there clothing as symbole of who they are and what they do and refuse to wear anything else but there uniform handed to them by the nurse who trained them. The gloves Have a +0 Enchantment that when the word "clean" is said cleans the kit clothes tools and the nurse leaveing them to smell like lavander. Her nurse gear can fit over other light armor but the AC dosent stack. Use the higher armor bounus.
