MYSTERIOUS STRANGER [Combat]

By stroke of extreme luck, you've made a mysterious ally in the wasteland who sometimes finds a way of helping out.
Prerequisite: Level 9, Wisdom 8, Charisma 14, Action Boost
Benefit: You can spend an Action Die to receive help from a Mysterious Stranger.
Special: If the Mysterious Stranger dies, he does not come back to life.
