Motion Tracker (Halo Setting)

Motion Tracker motion tracker equipment attaches to soldiers helmet, and has a thermal scanner developed by the Orion program to allow spartans to see enemies more easily in battle -equipt as a bonus action. remove as an action or bonus action. lightly obscured objects don't give disadvantage on perception checks -"Mark" enemies as an action or bonus action -advantage on perception skill checks or attack rolls against "marked" enemies. A character can "mark" one or multiple creature as a reaction, a character can "mark" a number of creatures equal to its wisdom modifier this way. A character can "mark" a limited number of creatures per day. A characters "marks" are equal to 3 times their proficiency bonus and a character regains all marks after finishing a long rest.
