Reiryoku. The Martial Quincy has 15 Reiryoku points. Every time they use a reiryoku point it is spent. They recover all Reiryoku points lost at the end of a long rest.

Reishi Manipulation. At the start of the Martial Quincy's turns while in combat, it may begin absorbing ambient reishi with no action required, gaining 12 Reishi. The Martial Quincy may gain up to 24 Reishi, with any amount gained above this maximum being ignored.

Hollow Hatred. The Quincy harbor a deep hatred for Hollows due to them being their nemesis. Whenever the Martial Quincy reduces a Hollow to 0 hit points with it's Heilig Bogen, it may choose to kill them outright. A Hollow killed this way cannot be resurrected in any way, as its very soul has been erased.

Hollow Aversion. Quincy do not have the necessary antibodies to deal with Hollows, therefore making them toxic to them. Whenever the Martial Quincy takes piercing or slashing damage from a Unarmed Strike or Natural Weapon attack from a Hollow, the Martial Quincy must make a Constitution saving throw against the hollow's reiryoku DC. On a failure, it take Xd12 poison damage (with X being the Hollow’s Wisdom modifier) and shall remain with the reiryoku inside it's body, gaining the poisoned condition, and gaining one level of exhaustion at the end of every long rest. On a success, the Martial Quincy takes half as much damage and becomes poisoned until the end of it's next turn instead, not receiving damage over time. The only method of removing the poisoned condition and the exhaustion levels obtained this way is if another creature that has the Reishi Manipulation with proficiency in the Medicine skill succeeds a Wisdom (Medicine) check against the Hollow's reiryoku DC while within 5 feet of the Martial Quincy. They must spend 1 minute doing this, taking extensive effort which makes them concentrate for the duration. The Martial Quincy also can do the Wisdom (Medicine) check at the start of any long rest.

Spellcaster. The Martial Quincy is a specialist in Quincy Techniques, so much so it’s called a magician at it. The Martial Quincy’s Seiren Techniques have their DC increased by +1 (already applied).

Technique Connoisseur. Whenever the Martial Quincy finishes a short or long rest, it can change one Seiren Technique it knows for another one it meets the prerequisites of.

Blut Arterie. The Martial Quincy can, at will, spend 2 reiryoku and 8 reishi to strengthen its body, making its attacks more powerful. Its attack rolls now deal additional 1 damage dice for 1 minute. This Technique cannot be used at the same time as Blut Vene.


Arrow Redirection. Whenever the Martial Quincy misses a Heilig Pfeil attack roll, it can spend 2 reiryoku and 5 reishi to reroll the attack roll. It must keep the second roll, even if it's lower than the previous one.

Delay Shot. Once per turn as part of making a Heilig Pfeil attack roll, the Martial Quincy can spend 2 reiryoku and 4 reishi to on a hit force the creature to make a DC14 Strength saving throw or have their movement speed reduced by 10 feet until the end of their next turn.

ACTIONS

Heilig Pfeil. Ranged Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, ranged X/Xft., one target. Hit: X (1dX + 3) radiant damage. The damage, costs, and range are below, in the Heilig Pfeil Table

BONUS ACTIONS

Heilig Bogen (X Reiryoku + X Reishi). The Martial Quincy summons their Heilig Bogen for 1 minute. Refer to the table below for the reiryoku and reishi costs.

Concentrated Collecting. As a bonus action, the Martial Quincy amplifies how much Reishi it absorbs by taking its time. When it uses the Reishi Absorption feature, it gains an additional 3 Reishi.

REACTIONS

Blut Vene. As a reaction to receiving damage, the Martial Quincy may spend 2 reiryoku and 8 reishi to manipulate the Reishi around itself and merge it with your veins to protect themselves. It gains a 10 damage threshold until the start of your next turn. This cannot be used at the same time as Blut Arterie.
