Lizardfolk Variant[edit]

When the sarrukh were creating their reptilian minions, the lizardfolk were considered the miscellaneous sort. They lacked the magical intelligence saved for the yuan-ti, and were intended to be mere servants, like troglodytes, for superior creatures. When the sarrukh empire fell, the yuan-ti's hubris led them to try and recreate servants for themselves, with the belief of surpassing their own creators. The scrap-built lizardfolk are the result, made with chimerical parts of various reptilians during the beginning twilight of the yuan-ti empire.
