Keen Weapon (5e Spell)

You command the Universe to make a weapon more effective at finding the weakness in defense, or less effective at hitting the target. On a roll of 19 or 20 you score a critical hit. (If a 19 would not normally hit the target then it still misses.) If said in reverse the weapon cannot score a critical hit. (A natural 20 will still hit, but will not result in a critical hit.)
At Higher Levels. When you speak this utterance using a slot higher than 1st, gain +1 to hit with the weapon for each above 1st. If said in reverse using a slot higher than 1st, the weapon gains -1 to hit for each level above 1st. Additionally, a 3rd level slot lasts for 2 rounds, and a 6th level slot lasts for 3 rounds.
