Imposing Reprisal

Your commanding presence and spiritual force are so intense that you can absorb the impact of a strike and redirect that energy with overwhelming power. (prerequisite: charisma 20 or higher, not wearing heavy or medium armor)

  • When you take damage from a melee attack, you can use your reaction to reduce the damage by half (after resistances).
  • On your next attack with a melee weapon or a spell that deals direct damage, made before the end of your next turn, you deal extra damage equal to the reduced damage.
  • If the triggering attack was a critical hit, the extra damage you deal is doubled.
  • You may use your Charisma modifier for any DC calculations related to this feat, at the DM's discretion.
  • You can use this ability a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus for long rest.

This feat represents a unique ability to turn suffering into strength through sheer willpower and commanding force.
