The SRD only gives a means to determine costs and weights of weapons for Large and Small versions based on the Medium weapons. Any other supplied values are the author's best determination.

Literally “big knife”, it is a War hand-and-a-half Kriegsmesser or Bastard Messer. You have -2 penalty if used in one hand with Exotic Weapon Proficiency. It means it works a little bit like the "Tachi" created by our collegue Azya on this blog, though there is some difference between the two weapons.
