Grassland Warrior (5e Race Variant)
From D&D Wiki
Grassland warrior look like humans except for a few minor differences. They are shorter than most humans with relatively large hands, feet, ears, mouths, eyes, and noses. This group of warriors, both male, and female have the capability of becoming great fighters, they often use ranged weapons or weapons that require a lot of dexterity to use. They have roamed the planes for many centuries so they have been accustom to traveling along with the game and monsters they hunt.
The people who inhabit the hostile grasslands have adapted to follow the animals for both food and resources. They are a nomadic tribe who have to be quick on their feet or will face certain peril. These warriors have issued the challenge of hunting in the dead of night as a coming of age ceremony, to get them to accustom to fighting and hunting in the dark. Which is an activity they will do every few days until they part from the tribe or die.
