Lightning comes forth from your extended hand. When you manifest this power, you must decide whether it comes in the form of a 15 foot cone or a 30 foot line. The lightning deals 1d4 points of damage to every creature in the area, though they may attempt a reflex save for half damage. This power deals an additional point of damage against creatures wearing metal armor.
Augment[edit]
For every additional power point you spend, this power’s damage increases by one die (d4). For each extra two dice of damage, this power’s save DC increases by 1.
