Factors: send subjects into faster time stream (DC+8), remove somatic component (DC+2), immediate casting time (DC+35), overcome inherent nature of time (ad-hoc DC+150), make dismissible (DC+2), make permanent (DCx5). Mitigating factors: can only be cast by a chosen of fate e.g. A Tideturner (ad-hoc DC-750). Material cost: 3,348,000gp in materials. Research time: 67 days. XP cost: 133,920.

Fate doesn't like watching her favoured pawns die from random chance, her enemies even less...

This spell allows any chosen by fate (had her grant them permission to cast this spell) to enter a time stream faster than all those around them permanently as an immediate action, this can be dismissed at any time. While in the faster stream all other creatures appear to be frozen in place, they are immune to any of the caster attacks but he can set up effects that will effect them when he restarts time if there duration is long enough. Hazards such as gas, poison and fire hurt the caster as normal.
