This abomination/creature is made when a Mu Spore kills a humanoid creature. There is a 25% chance a Festucam will be created after a Mu Spore kills a humanoid.

Festucams


Festucams are relatively simple creatures that are always willing to do a their masters bidding. Festucams will head off towards civilization after its previous owner dies, in search of a new master. Unless you provoke one or its master orders it to attack you, Festucams will most likely keep to itself, eating fungi and sabotaging farmland. ===

A Festucam will generally eat its body weight in other plants every day. Festucams spend their day wandering and hiding from the sun, for they are nocturnal creatures. This means, that unless they are under full cover from the sun, they will take -1 to all ability checks, saves, and skill checks.

Height[edit]

A Festucam's average height is whatever height you were before this.

Relations[edit]

A Festucam gets along with most races, but it can't stand the sight of goblins, kobolds, and drow. Therefore, on sight it will try to attack them.

Alignment[edit]

A Festucam's alignment is whatever your last characters was, except chaotic, because of how wild and spontaneous they are.

Lands[edit]

A Festucam lives in warm forests and humid jungles. Leaving the comfort of of there forests and their jungles would give them -1 to all ability checks, saves, and skills.

Religion[edit]

A Festucam follows Obad Hai, for the Mu Spore is a spawn of Obad Hai. Therefore Festucams are almost demi gods, giving them special abilities.

Language[edit]

A Festucam can speak sylvan, common, and under common.

Skills[edit]

A Festucam has climb, balance, jump, survival, and knowledge (nature).


Racial Traits[edit]

Ability adjustments: +2 strength, +4 dexterity, -2 intelligence, -2 charisma.

  • A Festucam's base land speed is 35 ft. wile on natural ground,(dirt, stone, grass, gravel, etc.) and has a 25 ft. movement speed on unnatural ground.
  • Lord of plants: 1/day a Festucam can cast entangle as an 8th level druid.
  • Plant mind: A Festucam can cast speak with plants at will.
  • At 10th level a Festucam gains the abiity to cast Treeshape as a 10th level caster.
  • At 8th level a Festucam gains +3 natural armor bonus due to its thick barky skin.
  • At 6th level a Festucam gains the ability to cast barkskin 3/day.
  • At 12th level a Festucam gains Obad Hai's blessing: You haves spell resistance 22; you gain +5 ft. movement speed, your "hands" become natural weapons that deal 1d6 each, have a 20-x2 crit. and are considered magic weapons for the purpose of overcoming damage reduction. These weapons are piercing weapons.
