Dragon Ball Creator [Racial]

Harness the ancient Namekian art of crafting Dragon Balls and summoning Eternal Guardian Dragons.
Prerequisite: Namekian race, Lawful Good alignment, Character level 10th
Benefit: From 10th level, you gain the ability to craft seven Dragon Balls in 24 hours. Each Dragon Ball, when summoned, brings forth an Eternal Guardian Dragon capable of granting wishes once every year. Each additional wish adds an extra week to the summoning cooldown.

To create the Dragon Balls, you must pass simultaneous Intelligence, Wisdom, and Constitution checks using a d20. If any total rolls are below 10, you must retry the next day.

As you progress in levels:

 - At 11th level, you can wish for two spells.
 - At 12th level, you gain the ability to revive someone, but only once.
- At 15th level, the Eternal Guardian Dragon can unleash your potential, unlocking your latent power. The Dungeon Master decides the number of stats/abilities you gain from this.
Normal: Without this feat, you cannot create Dragon Balls or summon the Eternal Guardian Dragon.
Special: You must be a Namekian with a Lawful Good alignment to take this feat.
