Demonic Seductress[edit]

Those that go down this dark path are often already devoting their lives to sinful debauchery, this path however is an even darker one. Only those with the darkest of hearts who are desperate and power hungry would make deals with demons for power, beauty and immortality. The Demonic Seductress almost always worships a demon of some kind, most commonly Malcanthet who is the Queen of Succubi. Demonic Seductress's weather knowingly or not end up ultimately becoming Succubi themselves as they slowly become more and more corrupted and tainted by the ever growing demonic blood growing in their veins. What starts as a pact for power and beauty ultimately corrupts their souls to the core and eventually turning them into outsiders which will one day force them into whatever demonic pecking order exists as they become full outsiders. Ultimately whatever Demonic Lord allows them to gain such power ultimately have their own agenda but in the end the Demonic Seductress becomes a powerful weapon or tool for their dark masters, forever enslaved by the corruption and demonic taint growing inside them.

Making a Demonic Seductress[edit]

The Demonic Seductress is given great power in return for offering up their soul and existence to their dark benefactor. The Demonic Seductress is an incredibly powerful weapon of evil that specializes in wielding power to influence and control others and even being the insidious unseen evil whilst doing so.

Abilities: Charisma is by far the most important ability for the Demonic Seductress; it boosts her Armor Class, is the key stat for most of her important skills, and affects the DC's for her abilities and powers. Since many Demonic Seductress's wear little or no armor, Dexterity is the next most important stat in helping her overcome her deficiencies in battle, making her harder to hit and increasing her ability to survive. Intelligence can be of some degree of importance due to the need to be skilled in many different ways and Constitution can be beneficial for battling exhaustion or to survive an unavoidable fight. It also helps against poison and disease at least until their Demonic transition has progressed enough to become immune to such things.

Class Features[edit]

All of the following are class features of the Demonic Seductress.

Weapon and Armor Proficiency: A Demonic Seductress is proficient with all simple weapons, light armor, Whips and two martial weapons of their choice.

Demonic Pact (Ex): The Demonic Seductress's Pact with their new true master grants them power unlike anything they have known before in their lives. They are granted the ability to manifest Psionics using their Charisma and automatically know all powers from the Demonic Seductress Powers List below. The Demonic Seductress gains these additional powers known as soon as they are capable of manifesting the appropriate power level.

Profane Beauty (Ex): A Demonic Seductress is a stunning physical specimen, so much so that it is difficult to land a hit on her in combat. She gains a profane bonus to Armor Class equal to her Charisma bonus (if positive), provided she wears no armor and gets only half the bonus rounded down if wearing light armor. In addition, she also gains a +2 bonus to Charisma. The Charisma bonus granted by this ability increases by +2 every four Demonic Seductress levels thereafter. She also gains a bonus on Bluff, Diplomacy, Intimidate, Perform and Sense Motive checks equal to one half her class level rounded down.

Unholy Grace (Ex): A Demonic Seductress applies their Charisma modifier (if positive) as a bonus on all saving throws.

Demon Eyes (Ex): A Demonic Seductress gains darkvision 60 feet. If they already had darkvision they gain an additional 60 feet of darkvision.

Demon Blood (Ex): A Demonic Seductress's blood begins to change and grow further tainted. Blood taking on a blackened red pigment. The Demonic Seductress now takes damage from holy water. Their bodies change and alter as they grow further corrupted inside. The Demonic Seductress gains a permanent increase of +2 to any two physical stats of their choice. At level 8, 12, 16 and 20 the Demonic Seductress gains an additional +2 bonus each time to any two physical stats of their choice.

Demon Tongue (Ex): A Demonic Seductress pays 1 less power point on all powers with the charm or compulsion tag. This increases to a reduction of 2 at level 12 and a total of 3 power points at level 18 each time they manifest any power with the charm or compulsion descriptors.

Lasting Impression (Ex): The first time someone charmed, dominated or otherwise compelled by the Demonic Seductress makes an attempt to break the power or enchantment they are under. They roll their will save twice and must keep the worst result of the two. Duration of any charm or compulsion power or ability used by the Demonic Seductress is also increased by the next step as if affected by the extend spell or power feat. This duration increase also stacks with the 1 step duration increase from the appropriate feat.

Demon Heart (Ex): A Demonic Seductress gains Spell Resistance equal to 15 + their character level.

Insidious (Ex): The difficulty on any checks to notice that a person is charmed or compelled by the Demonic Seductress is increased by 5. At level 18 The difficulty on checks to notice those under the effects of the Demonic Seductress's charms or compulsions increases to a total of 10.

Demon Mind (Su): A Demonic Seductress with this ability can communicate telepathically with any other creature within 100 feet range that has a language. It is possible to address multiple creatures at once telepathically, although maintaining a telepathic conversation with more than one creature at a time is just as difficult as simultaneously speaking and listening to multiple people at the same time. The Demonic Seductress also gains any 3 extra powers known up to the highest level of power they are capable of manifesting. Additionally the Demonic Seductress gains a permanent +4 increase to their intelligence score.

Demon Skin (Ex): The Demonic Seductress gains natural armor equal to one half their character level and gain resistance to fire as their flesh becomes more tough and resilient, empowered by unholy taint and corruption. The Demonic Seductress's flesh starts to visibly show signs of discoloring from purples, blacks and red hues up to the players choice for flavor but certainly looks unnatural. Upon completing their Demonic Transformation at level 14 their resistance to fire improves to immunity fire.

Demonic Transformation (Ex): At 14th level a Demonic Seductress's form changes and they fully transition into becoming a Demon. They become a full outsider and their type changes to Outsider. They are treated as a full Demon and Outsider for purposes of any interactions with all abilities, spells and items and can be banished, summoned or have spells and abilities used against them that target specifically Outsiders or Demons. When they die upon the material plane they go back to the demonic plane and are only able to return back to the material realm without no less then a months time having passed. Getting back to the material realm can only be done via through being summoned or through their own psionic abilities to plane shift. Using their own abilities may only be attempted once per day and requires a d100 percentile die to be rolled with a 81 or higher result to succeed. The Demonic Seductress gains all the resistances, immunities and the damage reduction of a succubus as well as gaining the Change Shape, Energy Drain and Tongues abilities. They also gain two claw attacks if they didn't already have such and a flight speed of 60 feet with good maneuverability. The Demonic Seductress does not gain any of the spell like abilities of the Succubus or the Summon Demon ability. For exact details of what all abilities are gained reference the Succubus entry inside the monster manual. Becoming a Demon, The Demonic must choose a true name for themselves, this name must be guarded as it can be used against them in spells and rituals to wield power over the Demonic Seductress. Any spell or ability used against the Demonic Seductress utilizing their true name in some manner gains a +5 bonus to the difficulty of any save DC the Demonic Seductress makes.

Demon's Call (Sp): The Demonic Seductress gains the Summon Demon ability as listed under the Succubus Entry in the Monster Manual. At 20th level this ability is replaced by the Marelith's Summon Demon ability as listed inside the Monster Manual. The Demonic Sorcerer also gains the ability to manifest psionic dimension door at will. This power uses the Demonic Seductress's Manifester level for determining full effects. Any upgrades to the Dimension Door power effect are paid out as normal with power points.

Demon Awareness (Su): The Demonic Seductress gains permanent true seeing as they become incredibly difficult to hide from or fool.

Demonic Might (Ex): The Demonic Seductress has become a beacon of demonic power. Any damage dealing power they manifest now adds their Charisma modifier to the total damage. The Demonic Seductress's Flight Speed doubles and they gain perfect maneuverability.

Power Points/Day: A Demonic Seductress’s ability to manifest powers is limited by the power points she has available. Her base daily allotment of power points is given on Table: Demonic Seductress. In addition, she receives bonus power points per day if she has a high Charisma score (see Table: Ability Modifiers and Bonus Power Points). Her race may also provide bonus power points per day, as may certain feats and items.

Powers Known: A Demonic Seductress begins play with two powers of her choice and all 1st level powers from the Demonic Seductress list found below. Every time she achieves a new level she gains access to new powers, if she gains the ability to manifest a higher level of power then she also gains access to all powers on the Demonic Seductress powers list of the appropriate power level. Choose the powers known from the Psion list. A Demonic Seductress can manifest any power that has a power point cost equal to or lower than her manifester level. The number of times a Demonic Seductress can manifest powers in a day is limited only by her daily power points. A Demonic Seductress simply knows her powers, they are ingrained in her mind. She does not need to prepare them (in the way some spell casters prepare their spells), though she must get at least 8 hours rest each day to recover all her spent power points. The Difficulty class for saving throws against a Demonic Seductress powers is 10 + the power's level + the Demonic Seductress's Charisma modifier. Demonic Seductress's choose their powers from the Psion list found in the Psionic handbook and also automatically gain all powers from the list below, once they are capable of manifesting powers of that level.

1st—Attraction, Charm, Conceal Thoughts, Demoralize, Empathy, Energy Ray, Inertial Armor, Mindlink.

2nd—Brain Lock, Cloud Mind, Energy Missile, Inflict Pain, Read Thoughts, Share Pain, Suggestion.

3rd—Energy Burst, Eradicate Invisibility, Hostile Empathic Transfer, Mental Barrier, Mind Trap, Forced Share Pain.

4th—Correspond, Dimension Door, Dominate, Empathic Feedback, Energy Ball, Mindwipe, Modify Memory, Schism.

5th—Adapt Body, Incarnate, Mind Probe, Plane Shift, Psychic Crush, Shatter Mind Blank, Teleport.

6th—Disintegrate, Mass Cloud Mind, Mind Switch, Suspend Life.

7th—Crisis of Life, Energy Wave, Insanity, Personal Mind Blank.

8th—Bend Reality, Greater Teleport, Mind Blank, Recall Death, Shadow Body.

9th—Microcosm, True Mind Switch, Reality Revision, Timeless Body.

Maximum Power Level Known: This column determines the highest level power she can learn at this level.

To learn or manifest a power, a Demonic Seductress must have a Charisma score of at least 10 + the power’s level.

Ex-Demonic Seductress's[edit]

Although the Demonic Seductress's Alignment can shift to a degree, if they ever become good or lawful in anyway they lose their Profane Beauty and Unholy Grace abilities and their total pool of power points per day is limited by one half. The Demonic Seductress must regain the favor of their dark benefactor which typically requires some dark measure of evil or cruelty that would be sufficient to see that they embrace evil or selfishness inside their heart once more.

Demonic Seductress Lore[edit]

Characters with ranks in Knowledge Arcana, Psionics and Religion can research The Demonic Seductress to learn more about them. When a character makes a skill check, read or paraphrase the following, including information from lower DCs. If Knowledge Psionics is rolled the person rolling gains an extra +5 bonus to their check to determine what information they are able to gain.
