These wooden arrows have been fitted with custom dagger tips. Special: Ammunition for a bow, but takes away half of the bow's range due to the arrow's weight. These arrows deal 1d6 additional damage to unarmoured targets or targets taken by surprise, when fired from a bow that is. Ontop of that due to their dagger tip it is easier to apply enough poison to them taking only a bonus action to apply poison. Thus why they were a favourite of assassins. They can also double as a melee weapon in a pinch the stats above referring to its melee capabilities
