Dace Silverside is captain of The King of the Waves and the current King of the Pirates of Lucan and the ruler of Drakenport. A benevolent ruler who asks that his "subjects" only steal from those who can afford it. He is currently being targeted by usurpers among the pirates (great idea for an adventure).
