5e Feat Critical hater prereqs=20 constitution or 20 streng/wisdom

• when you get hit by a critical hit you can use your reaccion to get heal for the dmg amount , you can only use this feat once at day

• when you get hit by a critical hit whit less than 20 in the dice , you reduce the dmg to the half
