Champion of Nature[edit]

Behold, descecrator and dispair at natures fury!!"
—Vadania, druid and champion of nature

A tempest of fury, a gentle morning breeze, the cunning of the wolf, the power of the bear - all these and more are the champion of nature. Granted divine power for their steadfast duty to protect natural beauty from corruption, you are the enbodiment of nature's wrath over all abominations. Nature is by definition uncontrollable, but as a champion of nature you embody all of natures aspects. You claim no mastery over nature, but to be as one with it.

Becoming a champion of nature[edit]

Characters who wish to become a true force of nature take on this prestige class. Druids are the most common, but not the only class to take this role. any such person with strong ties to the natural world can take the path of the natures champion, among those would be druids, rangers, barbarians, or even clerics to a nature deity.

All of the following are class features of the champion of nature.

Campaign Information[edit]

Playing a Champion of nature[edit]

There is no one way to play a champion of nature.players can specialize in wild chapes, melee combat, support and healing, or the spellcasting role all quite well.

Combat: Just as stated above a champion of nature could be as a fighter in the middle of the fray, darting in and out, striking your opponents hard as a rogue would, support your allies with buffing and healing spells as a cleric would, or unleashing a torrent of spells as a wizard would.

Resources: There is a long forgotten organization of druids, rangers, barbarians, and other such classes with close ties to nature, who defend and protect nature in all forms. The champions of nature as they came to be called became a global organization almost intertwined with that of the druids. wherever anybody threatens a sacred grove, or trackless mountians, be sure that a champion of nature will be there.

Champions of nature in the World[edit]

champions of nature live in remote places far from civilization. Adventuring champions of nature travel to seek new knowledge. wether the knowledge they gain is from experiences they planed on or not. the wild parts of the world are yours to protect and rule.

Nature by definition is uncontrolable. At best you can attempt a momentary influence, but that is subject to the whims of nature.

Among common folk a champion of nature could be a healer, a tribe's spiritual guide, but sadly you are most often alone, for the exeption of fellow champions and the natural world. Still you might just find a few die hard adventurers whom youll call freinds for life.

Champions on nature in the Game[edit]

A champion of nature can fill any role on a party, wether she be a melee combatant, a support type, or a spellcaster. You best get along with kinderd spirits such as barbarians and rangers. you also appreciate fighters for their melee spport. You dont quite see eye to eye with the city dwelling ways of rogues or bards, but this shouldnt stop you from forging a strong bond. you dont see any purpose in devoting yourself to arcane powers like the wizard, or cloistering yourself in stuffy academys, now while you might tolerate your partys wizard you do take some small pleasure in fighting a villanous wizard.
