Venomous Fangs. Once per round upon hitting a creature with a rabid strike, for one use you may force a creature to make a Constitution saving throw on a failure the target becomes poisoned. Creatures can remake this save at the beginning of their turns

ACTIONS

Multiattack. The Centipede Devil can make two Rabid Strike attacks, one of these can be replaced with Venomous Fangs.


Rabid Strikes.' Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 13 (2d6+5) piercing damage.

Venomous Fangs. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5ft., one target Hit: 24 (4d8) Once per round upon hitting a creature with a melee weapon attack roll, for one use you may force a creature to make a Constitution saving throw on a failure the target becomes poisoned. Creatures can remake this save at the beginning of their turns

BONUS ACTIONS

Rabid Strikes.' Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 13 (2d6+5) piercing damage.

Regeneration. The Centipede Devil may spend a number of blood points up to its Charisma modifier+Its Proficiency Bonus every blood spent It will regain a d6 worth of hit points or regenerate a missing limb

Constriction Command. While a creature is grappled by the Centipede Devil, it may spend two uses to deal 3d6(12) bludgeoning damage to the grappled creature

REACTIONS

Regeneration. The Centipede Devil may spend a number of blood points up to its Charisma modifier+Its Proficiency Bonus every blood point spent It will regain a d6 worth of hit points or regenerate a missing limb

Segmented Defense. As a reaction to being hit by an attack the Centipede Devil may spend one use to reduce the damage by 6
