They are as varied as humans, though tend to not be very social.
They are terrifying to the eye, with little attraction about them. They are often bulky, though they have no better natural muscle growth than a human.
They fit in better with Orcs than Humans.
Often Human names, with the occasional orc names being accepted as well.

- Medium, No size modifications.
- Speed: 30 ft
- Darkvision: 60ft
- Intimidating: +2 to Intimidation
- Indominable: Once per day, when a half-orc is brought below 0 hit points but not killed, he can fight on for 1 more round as if disabled. At the end of his next turn, unless brought to above 0 hit points, he immediately falls unconscious and begins dying.
