Blessings of the Three [General]

You gain a particular bonus to your spellcasting ability, based on your age.
Prerequisite: Witch
Benefit: You gain a particular bonus to your spellcasting ability, based on your age. If you have not reached the middle-aged age category, you gain the blessing of the maiden. If you are middle-aged, you gain the blessing of the mother, and if you are old or venerable, you gain the blessing of the crone. You can have only one blessing at a time, as determined by your age, and previous benefits are replaced by the new ones as you age. Any effect which changes your age category changes which benefit you receive, though effects which only make you seem to change your age category have no effect.
  • Blessing of the Maiden: You can prepare one extra spell per day of the highest-level spell that you can cast.
  • Blessing of the Mother: You treat your caster level as 3 higher for the purposes of level-dependent effects of spells that you cast, as well as for caster level checks (such as those made against a target's spell resistance).
  • Blessing of the Crone: You gain a +1 bonus to the save DCs of spells you cast. This bonus doesn't stack with similar bonuses granted by Spell Focus or other feats.
