Autopsy kit are specially prepared equipment for the purpose of performing a basic autopsy in the field, usually in the shape of a well bound leather container or satchel. Such a kit usually contains and protective gloves, magnifying glass on a headband, several different types of Surgical instruments such as; sharp knives, pincers and forcepts, bone saws and bone chissles, a few metal bowls, and other such non-magical reusable resources that can help determine many causes of death. included in the kit is a list of suggestion of disposable items which would prove helpful but not needed.

An Autoposy kit is reuseable once cleaned, to prevent contamination, a process which takes 10 minutes.

this kit, adds a circumstancial bonus of +2 to the heal check during an autopsy.

if the suggested items from the list; Pieces of cloth, alcohol for cleaning and keeping infestations from breaking down during keeping, are purched along side the kit, it adds an additional bonus of +2. this sub-kit of items, are spent after 10 uses, unless there is a need/want to keep infastation-vermin in jars of alcohol, which would expend the alcohol after just 2 jared specimens.

Using the Autopsy kit To use the Autopsy kit, the user makes a heal check and a knowledge check, for the type of creature being examined with the kit. Since the subject is dead, the DC check will be made against the risc of destroying the tissues which could help determine the cause(s) of death. this also includes foreign items/creatures, such as vermin infestations.

10 to avoid unwanted damage to main body parts, its organs and large intestine.
20 to avoid unwanted damage to brain and fine intestine.
20 to avoid infestation when dealing with live parasites in corpse.
