Aberrant Tiefling (5e Race Variant)

Your ancestors dared to delve into powers they did not understand, powers that drove all but the strongest of them mad. The taint of these powers alien to the fabric of reality has transformed you into an aberration.
Tieflings of this bloodline vary greatly in appearance, but they have a few common traits: their skin is cold, and a mass of tentacles protrudes from the backs of their heads. They are simultaneously charming and unsettling, giving the feeling that they are not quite of this reality.
Ability Score Increase. Your Constitution score increases by 1.
Cold Resistance. You have resistance to cold damage.
Prehensile Tentacles. You have several, flexible tentacles that can be used to carry objects. You cannot wield weapons in your tentacles, but they can interact with objects.
Minor Telepathy. You can communicate mentally with another creature that knows at least one language within a 30-foot radius. This creature doesn't need to share a language with you but unless they have telepathy themselves they can only receive and respond but can't initiate or terminate a telepathic conversation. You must be conscious to use this trait and cannot telepathically communicate with multiple creatures at once.
Aberrant Touch. You know the chill touch cantrip. Charisma is your spellcasting ability for it.
Languages. You can speak, read and write Deep Speech.
