One can't make a table inside another table (at least not normally). You can notice the entire page is actually a loose table, as it starts with {| and doesn't have a |} until that line at the bottom. If you move your table to after that |}, it should display properly.

By the way, I would recommend that a magic weapon like this requires attunement. (Compare it to the flame tongue.) - Guy (talk) 19:23, 29 April 2017 (UTC)

This adds an additional saving throw with every hit, which is considered bad form - can particularly slow down a game when a character has multiple attacks per turn. Is the weapon itself a magical weapon? Should also say "Every time you hit a target with this weapon" - such things need to be explicit.
