Ocean Dweller - what is the mechanical benefit?
Rise the Tide - make the duration 10 minutes per standardized durations.
Calm Tide - These bonuses are very high. The long rest bonus average is +14, so a gilldren can successfully pass "very hard" and "nearly impossible" skill checks on a daily basis.
If you only have one subrace, then it's not a subrace. This also gives +4 Int, +2 Cha, +2 Wis. At 20th level I have a total of +8 to Int and +6 to Wis. First of all, what's the point, ability scores are capped at 20. The Str penalty does not mitigate this, the obvious class choice is wizard for which this is a dump stat.
