"Cancel out" does it remove magical AC buffs, or just ignore them?

I rewrite this so that it makes a bit more sense. Note that I removed the attunement, as the weapon doesn't have a constantly useful effect: it is more suitable as a secondary weapon. Marasmusine (talk) 10:36, 30 April 2017 (UTC)
