You utter a word of power that causes the creature you see within range to lose all its hits.
If your chosen creature has 10 hits or less, its hits drop to 0. Otherwise, it takes damage in an amount equal to your proficiency bonus.
The maximum hits at which the spell takes effect increases by 10 when you reach 5th level (20), 11th level (30), and 17th level (40)
